this is a casual but immersive roleplay venue, however we welcome writers of all skill levels and writing style. say chat roleplay is free game for anyone to contribute. new roleplayers are encouraged to join in, if you just want to pop your head in and order a drink, go ahead!that said, OOC ≠ IC: please make sure you are aware of the distinction and know that a character's actions may not reflect the player's. when in doubt, send them a tell!

discriminatory language, IC or OOC is not tolerated in this venue. this includes racism, homophobia, tranphobia, sexism and the like.please dismiss minions unless there is an IC reason for them. do not use /shout or /yell unless you're authorized personnel, and do not spam emote messages in chat. OOC chatter is allowed, but should be kept to a minimum. rule 004. be courteous
respect fellow players. consent is key, especially if conflict might arise in roleplay. this is a homely venue, IC drama can be welcome, but please be mindful in with disruption. you're welcome to send a tell to the owner (Darjeeling Theifera) to ask for permission for potentially contentious actions.bar brawls better be taken outside, lest you want the owner to interfere.

ooc The venue is a casual venture into in-game roleplay, with no strict schedules or upkeep. Openings will be announced through my bluesky or through word of mouth. Feel free to use the venue for setdressing (gposing, private RP, etc) even when we're closed.

TEMPURA assortment, prawns and a generous amount of vegetables including popotos and mushrooms, battered and deep-fried to create a light and crispy coat, served with a dipping sauce. 2500g

CÁ KHO TỘ braised fish stew, a Nagxian dish, mother's recipe. freshly caught herring from the ruby sea, slow cooked over low heat in soy sauce, fish sauce, and rock sugar to create a delectable, caramelized stew. 3000g

KAKINOHA-ZUSHI meal set, a variety of hand-pressed sushi wrapped in persimmon leaf using the freshest fish available, accompanied with warm miso soup and fried crab croquettes. perfect for a well-rounded meal. 5000g

PERSIMMON PUDDING dessert, fresh persimmons are made into a purée to be steamed with eggs to create a light and refreshing custard. just the right amount of sweet. 2000g

DOMAN TEA fruit tea, traditionally an after-supper drink brewed from cinnamon, ginger, and dried persimmons. naturally sweet, though additional honey is supplied on request. served hot or iced. 2000g

CÀ PHÊ SỮA ĐÁ iced coffee, a Nagxian drink, dark roasted coffee slowly drip-brewed in a phin over a glass of sweetened yak milk and chilled with ice shards. refreshly sweet and unsuspectingly strong. 2000g

CHANH MUỐI salty lemonade, a Nagxian drink, a salty-sweet twist on traditional tart lemonade. lemons are fermented and preserved in salt, aged indefinitely, before being mixed with water and sweetened to taste. 2000g

KUGANE DRAFT beer, made in Hingashi with Doman hops, and famously fermented in high spots of seaside caves cut off by the tides. Cold, bubbly, and bitter—great for tossing back alongside grilled fish. 2500g

HINGAN HIGHBALL whisky soda, seltzer and silky whisky from a local Hingan distillery with a squeeze of citrus to make a refreshing drink that pairs well with most served food. garnished with honey lemon peel. 2500g

UMESHU plum wine, a traditional Hingan liqeuer, green plums macerated in sugar and shochu to produce an unfiltered homemade alcohol that concentrates the sweet-and-sour flavor of fruit in the sun. 3000g
